ORDERING  MERCHANDISE:

 

                     If something  interests you, please  E-Mail us at  southerncharmant@aol.com  with any questions or you may call us at (912)-233-9797  or (912) 233-8802  during regular business hours  10 AM - 6 PM EST  Monday thru Saturday.  We will be glad to supply additional information or photos if required. Please do not send  any personel  or  credit card  information  to the above email address. All transactions at this time will handled via the phone or in person. 

                 We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MC, AMEX & DISCOVER along with travelers checks and cash  (No personal Checks).  A 7 % Georgia sales tax applies unless the item is shipped outside of Georgia or purchased for resale with a valid tax exempt certificate number then the sales tax is exempt.

                                 Southern Charm Antiques, LLC   believes that our reputation is based on customer satisfaction.  If a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, a return (in the original condition shipped with the original store label attached) will be accepted within 5 days of item receipt with prior notification to and authorization by SCA.  The customer will be responsible for the "two" way transportation and insurance costs by the delivery service.  ALL ITEMS SHIPPED FOR RETURN MUST BE INSURED.  We also require signature conformation on all outgoing shipments from SCA. 


SHIPPING:

                                Southern Charm Antiques, LLC    will be happy to assist you in any way possible to arrange for shipping of your purchased items.  All shipping and handling charges are the customers responsibility and are in addition to the prices listed.  Some items will be packed by us and picked up by, or taken to, the shipper we/you decide to use.  We are responsible for items while in our possession, however, we must require that insurance be purchased on all items shipped to cover the item while in transport.  As stated above signature conformation of delivery is required on all outgoing & incoming shipments to & from customer. For larger merchandise you may want to check with one the the following companies regarding shipment. We may be able to help you with these arrangements.
